|Description:|| AIT Laboratories is looking for integrity and quality-driven, dedicated, team-oriented individuals to support our Sales/Marketing department in the Account Executive role covering the territory in southern Indiana and surrounding areas. |
This candidate would have the responsibility of direct/indirect sales of AIT Laboratories compliance monitoring service to physicians and clinics who would prescribe medications found on our Detectimed testing panel. They would be charged with maintaining relationships with current AIT clients, while also developing relationships by providing product information and/or training demonstrations. Some of the major roles of the position would be to plan and organize sales activities in your environment, respond to sales inquiries and questions for current clients, prospect for new clients, and monitor market and competitor activities in their territory to report to the rest of the sales management team.
In order to qualify for consideration for this opportunity, the candidate must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and two or more years related experience in B@B sales and/or training. They also must be willing to travel extensively (1000 mi/month) and cover all parts of the territory with some overnight travel and must have a valid driver's license. In addition, an ideal candidate must be detail oriented and possess ambition, good problem solving skills, have strong oral communication abilities, the ability to work efficiently on his or her own but also work well in a team, and have a strong adherence to the company's organizational values
